We recommend at least 48 hours in advance. For corporate events and larger private events, ideally 1–2 weeks.

Yes, short-term bookings are available upon request – even on the same day (Same-Day), provided a boat and skipper are available. For the fastest response, we recommend calling us directly.

For bareboat charters, a technical briefing, towels, 24-hour hotline, and pick-up service are included. Skippered charters additionally include an experienced skipper, as well as water and soft drinks. Fuel is charged separately based on consumption in both cases.

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the trip are free of charge. For later cancellations or no-shows, we charge 50% of the charter price; for cancellations on the day of the trip itself, the full amount will be charged. If Lac & Cie cancels (e.g., due to weather), you will not incur any costs.

In case of safety-critical weather (storms, thunderstorms, heavy swells), we will reschedule your trip free of charge to a new date. Light rain is generally not an obstacle for our open boat – we will discuss the weather situation with you on the day of the trip. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund.

With Skippered Charter, you don't need a license – our experienced skipper will take care of the navigation for you. For Bareboat Charter, a valid Category A (motorboat) license is required.
